Through the contact form on this website we collect the data you provide yourself: full name, company name, business email address, phone number, details of the space you are interested in, headcount or required area, preferred move-in date, preferred lease term and the content of your message.
Alongside each enquiry we record technical context: the page it was sent from, the button used to open the form, the selected language and campaign parameters (UTM), where present.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data solely to respond to your enquiry, provide an offer and communicate with you about leasing office space. The legal basis is your consent, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the stated purpose, and no longer than two years from our last communication, unless a longer period is required by law or a contract has been concluded.
